About Me

Augusto graduated from a Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability in Sweden, has a specialization in Learning Processes and is a BSc in Engineering. He was part of trainings and workshops around counscious leadership, appreciative inquiry, the art of hosting, training for trainers and others in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

He worked on projects with private and governmental companies in areas related to management and training and participated on the foundation and development of ELOS’s concepts. He co-created a network for learning and process studies in which many projects around learning communities were developed.

He is currently researching learning processes and organizational development for sustainable development and hosting an international and local-focused program called Butterfly Connection.

Augusto is currently in Leiston, Suffolk, UK.
