why co-design and work with systems?

We work with systems because we want to collectively observe the wholeness out of the parts to avoid simplistic solutions, result of a partial approach to a theme. It is imperative for a new design that we identify the system at hand, the stakeholders and their interactions.

We design because some solutions can only emerge from a significant and intentional change within the system. They are solutions in which repositioning the parts are not enough for real change, so the parts or their role have to change by themselves.

We co-design because we believe that everything that is needed for real change is always present in a well-identified system. In highly complex systems, no single stakeholder is able to analize a question and reach a complete solution. We are only one of these stakeholders, therefore we will work together with you.
