Open Space
In most of the meetings people have the feeling that the space between sessions are the most valuable and productive because they can talk about what is most interesting to them and with the people also interested in the topic.
Open Space is a methodology that swifts these spaces from the breaks to the actual sessions. With this process we can explore the conversations emerging in the system and also create a map of the knowledge and competencies of all stakeholders.
